Methodology and Methods

This session invites papers from all areas of socio-legal and empirical legal research that explicitly address methodology and methods used in particular research projects and which discuss and explore the methodology and methods employed, including why they were chosen, challenges faced in their design and implementation, and reflections on the lessons learned. As examples of types of papers that are welcome in this stream, these include discussion on discourse analysis, ethnographic approaches, grounded theory, historical written sources, participatory action research, quantitative analysis and visual research.
We welcome papers from researchers at all stages of their career.
